On 3rd and 4th of February 2023, the Emirates Cardiac Society has conducted successfully the CVD in Women Conference, the First of its Kind in the region

The event was able to attract large medical and specialist participation from GCC and MENA Region With more than 550 physical and virtual participants
Cardiovascular disease (CVD) is the leading cause of death in women worldwide.
Women with CVD continue to be under-diagnosed and under-treated due to misconceptions and lack of awareness among both patients and doctors.
